Nice Surprise in the Byward...

Liked: Nice surprise for us. Had to be in Ottawa overnight and looked for a nice location. The Inn totally met our needs. Wonderful location in the Byward Market area. Room was very nice, freshly decorated. Breakfast was great, with good selection. The staff were very helpful. We will return, next time for a couple of nights.
Disliked: Can't find anything that turned us off.

Liked: Very well localized.
Disliked: Misleading information regarding bedrooms. Description was for 2 bedrooms which for me is two SEPARATE bedrooms. It turns out to be one separate bedroom and other „bedroom” was in the same little space as living area so for our family of 4 adults it was very crowded.

Superb

Liked: We were greeted by a polite concierge. Pleasant atmosphere and nothing extra. The hotel was clean and quiet. We were able to have a good rest. The room had everything you needed. The breakfast was excellent.
Disliked: When booking a room on the arrival date, it was stated that I did not have to pay anything immediately. I was alarmed that the Booking.com website was sending me messages that the hotel employee could not process my credit card. It looked like spam.Although everything went smoothly upon arrival.

Wonderful place and location could...

Liked: Extensive breakfast; was really surprised. It is a lovely boutique hotel and recently renovated.
