Disliked: The lift didn’t work well and the shower steam was weak (hot water 24hr tho)

Disliked: Rooms are very small , windows cant be closed properly and no isolation, cleaning is not perfect, water only offered in 1st day and then nothing, some of the stuff are not comfortable to deal with. No fridge and no iron in the room. Bed making alot of noise.

Liked: Location (5 min to two metro stations and less to the bus, near the park), most of the staff; my score could have been higher if not for the wrong approach in dealing with the toillette issue
Disliked: Customer experience following the toilette issue (the hotel reception and management approach was wrong from beginning to the end); breakfast - it might be good to introduce some variety; some rooms share a door and neighbours can be noisy (we got moved from superior to standard with a shared door after the toillette issue; we asked for double bed-confirmed in writing by the hotel and quiet room and got neither);

Liked: Clean room and the staff was polite.
Disliked: Tiny room, no facilities. Even toothbrush, toothpaste were chargeable. Not worth the tariff. Avoidable hotel. Definitely will not stay here again. Will not recommend to friends.
