Lovely boutique hotel in a...

Liked: Lovely boutique hotel in a great location. The two men in the front office we saw each morning and night were so lovely and helpful and always happy to chat. The hotel was very clean and cosy. We had a wonderful stay.
Disliked: I found the bed a little hard but I’m used to a softer bed. Providing tissues and water daily would be lovely. The room was cosy which was a little tricky with 2 large suitcases but we enjoyed our stay nonetheless.

Liked: Comfy bed, quiet room, and great location to visit Hyde Park, Kensington, but also hop on the tub.
Disliked: Room was small, was not very clean (chunks of dust in certain places), and a lot of cold was coming in from the windows even though they were closed. Staff was pleasant and accommodating but not very friendly. Wifi was not very stable, for video calls.
