Liked: The staff were very friendly, quiet hotel, lovely food, made us to feel like home. Nothing to blame....the location is amazing too.

Byron Hotel is worth coming...

Liked: Staff were very friendly and helpful! I really appreciated they let me do early check in at not extra cost ! I was so tired and as soon as my room was ready they said : enjoy your room ! That was like music to my ears ! The hotel is close to good restaurants and train stations and parks you can just walk to them ! Room was a little small but enough for a solo traveler and very comfy !

This hotel is very clean...

Liked: The location of the hotel is ideal very close to the Queensway and Baywater train (tube) stations. It is also accessible by multiple buses. The hotel is 7 minute walk to hyde park which was a bonus and there are many restaurants and food shops within walking distance. This hotel is very clean and safe! I would stay here again and the hot breakfast was perfect! I stayed in a single room with a twin bed it was very small but efficient. The bathroom is modern and well equipped. It's a unique hotel in the most ideal location.
Disliked: The bed was hard and housekeeping did not change my linens. I had to ask for fresh sheets and towels.

Liked: Room was perfectly clean with crisp white bedding and towels. Bathroom was in great condition.
Disliked: Air conditioning shuts off (must be on a timer) in the middle of the night. Breakfast was the exact same for 4 days and a little bit insufficient of options.
