Exceptional

It was wonderful

Liked: Juan who works the kitchen area goes above and beyond keeping the breakfast and dining area where the guests eat their breakfast exceptionally clean. Never stops cleaning and making sure the guests have everything they need! Very nice and kind man.
Disliked: How clean and friendly the staff was.

Liked: The room was large and comfortable. The staff was helpful and personable.
Disliked: THe breakfast could be vastly improved with real plates and cutlery. Paper plates and paper cups did not cut it. Also the coffee could have been better. Yoghurt that was not super sweet would also have been appreciated.

Small Town, Big Rewards

Liked: The breakfast was excellent and the service staff was so nice. The room was perfect with a nice view of the mountains. There was plenty of parking and the location is great for exploring Midway or even a little further up to Park City. There are a lot of stores and restaurants within walking distance as well.
Disliked: Our door was left open one day, probably accidentally by cleaning staff.

Liked: Everything seemed updated and it was quiet. Our kids loved the hot chocolate bar.
Disliked: We booked a specific room and didn’t get it. (My friend and I booked the same room at the same time and hers was much nicer than ours) We tried to change our room so that it would accommodate our family and they said they didn’t have the type of room we wanted, that I thought I had booked. I know they had that room because our friends were in the type of room we wanted. I even offered to pay more but we didn’t have any other options. Our room was out of soap in the bathroom and we really struggled that the bathroom door didn’t lock. It was a barn door that you could hear and see through the cracks, our toddlers were constantly opening it. We were sad the hot tub was out of order as well.
