It was overall a nice...

Liked: Everything seemed updated and it was quiet. Our kids loved the hot chocolate bar.
Disliked: We booked a specific room and didn’t get it. (My friend and I booked the same room at the same time and hers was much nicer than ours) We tried to change our room so that it would accommodate our family and they said they didn’t have the type of room we wanted, that I thought I had booked. I know they had that room because our friends were in the type of room we wanted. I even offered to pay more but we didn’t have any other options. Our room was out of soap in the bathroom and we really struggled that the bathroom door didn’t lock. It was a barn door that you could hear and see through the cracks, our toddlers were constantly opening it. We were sad the hot tub was out of order as well.

Clean, friendly and very welcoming...

Liked: The staff was very friendly. The continental breakfast was well stocked and fresh. The grounds and facilities were neat and clean.
Disliked: The only drawback is that the bathrooms have a sliding barn door. There is not much privacy with that kind of closure.
