Lovely break

Liked: Location is excellent, room larger than expected, comfy beds, lots of elegant spaces to wander round, good value, helpful staff, love walking down the grand staircase, and it snowed too.
Disliked: Having to leave and go home, could stay there forever.

Disliked: The other rude customers were not appreciating the staff.

Liked: The lady on reception was lovely .even offered to take me to a near by pub coz of the snow..
Disliked: Abit worn down .big place .but the snow killed it for me .I know that cant be helped

Disliked: Family room is not safe! Fridge falling off the coffee table. Room number 125. 1 socket only to plug your charger, which is located behind the tv and the fridge. Furniture outdated.Beds are not comfortable. No room service! We asked for toilet roll and towels twice at reception (first time around 10 in a morning and the receptionist seems even put the note on a system), second time around 6 before going out for dinner. Nobody brought them! I went to reception around 8.30p.m. and I found out they don't provide room service, and I needed to bring toilet rolls and extra towels myself from reception !!! Really a 4 star hotel??? By the way, no phone in the room eather!!!It was our anniversary and I was really disappointed! We stayed at this hotel twice previously but will not consider it again.
