Liked: Breakfast was excellent, the room was clean and cosy.Owner is very helpful and willing to share useful advice on parking spots as well as attractions.
Disliked: Bathroom is outdated.

Liked: Butterfly Manor was wonderful to stay at, the hosts were very friendly and helpful and the room was superb!I later found out my brother and his wife had also previously stayed and had nothing but good things to say as well.10/10

Liked: Attention to details such as lighting on the stairs, free bottled water, slippers, cleanliness, excellent breakfast, very soft towels, good shower. Owner very friendly and attentive to needs.

Excellent value for a comfortable...

Liked: Location is perfect. Easy walk to downtown or quick Uber ride. Nice to come back from the business of Clifton Hill to a quiet, clean restful retreat. Large room with very comfortable beds. Breakfast was very tasty and lots of it! Will retunr for another stay for sure!

Perfectly delightful in every way!...

Liked: Absolutely everything! Hosts went above and beyond expectations - even offering us a ride to our destination! They were so friendly, - offering us suggestions of things to do in the area, greeting us when we came or left, visiting with us, and upon our checkout, offered assistance and bid us a good farewell! Breakfast was beautifully presented and delicious with a wonderful selection of wholesome food! Room was spacious, exceptionally clean, well-stocked, and nicely decorated. Bed was comfortable! We loved our stay at the Butterfly Manor!
Disliked: There was nothing to dislike!
