Comfortable and convenient especially if...

Liked: Everything was clean, room, BBQ , pool facilities. Villa was spacious which we needed for ironman event with bed comfortable. Didn't need a/c on as plenty of large windows to capture breeze. Beach was easy stroll from the property. Staff were friendly. Any issues were seen to promptly.
Disliked: Reception for TV was no good even with boosters already in place, so little or spotty free to air TV.Property older which was totally fine but taps etc need an update as they dripped if you didn't really force them closed. We struggled with, so if you were older wouldn't be any good.
