Convenient and pleasant

Liked: It was very close to the pedestrian shopping zone with lots of options for food but also two supermarkets right there as well. It's a short bus ride or walk to the train station. The room has all the necessities. There was also a kitchen for everyone to use with tea and coffee and basic seasonings.
Disliked: Nothing comes to mind

Liked: wonderfully equipped common kitchen with terrace plus another terrace. clean rooms and not noisy.
Disliked: seems like a renaming from “business HOSTEL” to business HOTEL happened. I would have had clearer expectations had it been called hostel. for example no shampoo available. that said, after thinking of it more than a hostel I thought it was very charming with the kitchen and all

Liked: Room was a good size , shower was a good.
Disliked: The communication from this business, we were on holidays and the road driving through Germany for 4 weeks and visiting 4 towns in one day and stopping in each of them and i was hassled all day by repeated emails about what time we were checking in. On this platform it stated check in was till 10pm , then i got an email saying it was now till 9pm due to staff i said ok , then another email saying till 9.30pm each one asking what time we were coming - the way i see it i could of come at 9.25pm and still be on time. By the 4th email i replied we will be there before 9.30pm On this platform it states it is a “ business hotel “ but on their correspondence it states a “ Hostel “ at one point we thought we had the wrong place due to this and that i set my filters to rule OUT hostels .Finding the address was difficult, apparently GPS is incorrect and my husband was told “ on their website it states this “ why would i check their website when i booked through bookings.com ?? This is why i use bookings . It also states to let them know if you have parking questions- since i always set my parameters to search properties with only parking , i thought we would let them know on arrival - but apparently you need a door pin ( seperate to your room pin ) which is laughable as the keypads clearly show the numbers worn from repeated use and was the exact same one for both doors in the carpark outside and inside . The charge for parking per night is excessive and not stated then on top of their very expensive “ spa tax” this was an additional $70 AUD for 2 persons for 2 nights .In the end we arrived at 8.30pm but i will never stay here again for the reasons stated above , update your address locations, directions and reception times in bookings so people don’t get repetitively harassed .We are on holidays driving through Germany and should have to monitor our emails all day long.

Fair price for a short...

Liked: I liked that there was an elevator. The check-in and check out was smooth. We got all the details through SMS. The receptionist was friendly and kind enough to give us an extra blanket upon request since I was cold. The towels were replaced with clean ones and our bed made despite our short stay. The view upstairs where the shared kitchen space is was nice. Free cereal and tea you can find there. The price was fair. The location is central and there's an Aldi right next to the hostel. Everything is at a walking distance. It's a good place for a short term stay.
Disliked: The bed was hard and uncomfortable. There's no ventilation in the bathroom. There was no douche gel or shampoo. There was no AC in the room. The heater was only warm at the bottom but cold at the top and it was making a hissing sound. The blinds and the transparent white curtain weren't helpful in keeping the room dark. All would have been fine if the guests could keep quiet during the night in the hallway or perhaps our room was just not soundproof enough. The 2nd evening someone at 3am knocked on our door waking us up.
