Disliked: The staff should work more on attitude( a bit rude).

Not value for money. Do not recommend in winter.

Liked: The staff was very helpful, they immediately trued to tacke the problems with the rooms, started the sauna for us. The restaurant was good.
Disliked: We went there because it had an internal pool - it was closed, of course we still had to pay the rather high rates. In one room the heating was not adjustable, it was 27 degrees. In an other room guests smoked before us (although all rooms are non smoking). The breakfast offer was not fresh, not the bread nor the other offers.

Unpleasant disappointment

Liked: Good location with spacious clean room. Very comfortable bed. Nice walking/running paths around the hotel, with course selection and description. Helpful Hungarian speaking waiter at breakfast.
Disliked: We chose the hotel based on reviews and nice wellness area (sauna and swimming pool). Unfortunatly, we were not informed in advance that we could not use the wellness area and the restaurant would be closed. :( We arrived around 3pm on Sunday and there was no one at the reception. We activated room key via Skype support. Disappointment#1: the room card was not prepared in advance, even though we already booked the accomodation on 15th of Nocember for 19th of November. Disappointment#2: The wellness&SPA area is closed, Dissapointment#3: the hotel restaurant is closed. On Monday, we tried to clarify the issues, and got some explanation, but nowhere could we find the information that the pool is not open in winter or that the sauna is only open from Monday to Thursday. If we know this in advance, of course we should not choose this hotel, because it is a bit overpriced in terms of value for money without services.
