Nice hotel, but a couple...

Liked: Nice hotel with relatively nice rooms and a nice bed. Room a little bland, but nice and modern. Breakfast was lovely and if I come here again, I will stay in the main hotel and not the annex.
Disliked: My room was super cold, so I had to change rooms. Not the end of the world, but I arrived at 22:30, and so it meant I couldn't get settled quickly. Also, if arriving late, avoid the pizza at the takeaway near the hotel. Awful.

Liked: Amazing hotel. Great breakfast, friendly staff, well located. Very silent in the night.
Disliked: Nothing, one of the best hotels I've been this year.

Very lively hotel with excellent...

Liked: Great location opposite the station and 5 minutes walk from the centre of Kortrijk. It was a vibrant hotel, full of people and the atmosphere was very buzzy. The staff were really nice and helpful.
Disliked: The swimming pool was out of action on day 1 and I stayed in the hotel rather than a less expensive one to take a morning swim. But it was fixed for day 2. Breakfast was also really chaotic on day 1 but better next day. Excellent choice, however.

Liked: Location was great. Breakfast was good and elaborate. Room was Clean & hygienic. Reception Staff was very cooperative and friendly.
Disliked: Hotel was very difficult to find/located at night time. Arrived around/after 7 pm. Area was dark. Hotel Name board was not lighted/visible. Entrance & lobby was Dark. Not informed that "Check In" to be done in main Hotel, which was quite nearby. But this was a big problem as it was raining, dark & no one in Annex hotel to inform about it. Toilet and Bath were separate. May be it was mentioned in room description and I did not notice. This was in-convenient. Had dinner at Hotel's Restaurant. Felt, bit out of place.
