Liked: The staff at the bar and restaurant were very friendly. The entertainment in the bar was very good.
Disliked: Our tv wasn’t working when we arrived, the phone in the room didn’t work so couldn’t ring reception. I had ordered the romantic getaway plate for the room and they had left the birthday one instead. When someone came to fix the tv I informed them it was the wrong plate and could we have the other one but that never arrived. The room was very cold. The pool doesn’t open until 5pm for residents which you need to book a time slot for but we weren’t told this at reception so went down at 5pm like the receptionist told us and were told we couldn’t go in as we had not booked. A family had just left the pool so we were eventually allowed to stay and use the pool which was cold and had a dirty scum mark on the tiles around the edges. There was a party booked in the restaurant and the music was pumping until 2am with doors banging from guests running in and out.
