Old fashioned hotel in a...

Liked: It’s an old fashioned hotel but it’s clean, the staff are friendly, and the location is excellent.
Disliked: The older part of the hotel could do with a bit of TLC.

Hotel stay .

Liked: Loved the location, and breakfast was fab.
Disliked: First of all we couldn't find the carpark we rang the hotel to find directions twice the lad wasn't very friendly at reception when we rang eventually we found the carpark which is behind the building but have to go trough the town past the landmark hotel . When we went to check in about 3.30, the room wasn't ready, so we came back about 4. It still wasn't ready they couldn't accommodate us in another room as they were all booked it was 4.45 when our room was ready we had reservations for dinner at 5.30 elsewhere and i mentioned that to the lad at reception , as when we arrived at the hotel. there was no mention of times breakfast was served at notting from the time we went back into the hotel from the time our room was ready their was no apologies The facilities in the room were just basic mattresses on the beds need changing room needs updating also needs a new shower we had to take it down and hold it to have a shower because it was falling off and facing the wall .plus only one shower cap in the bathroom. The only good thing about the hotel was breakfast and the girl at reception when checking out.
