Liked: Location was great bang in centre of Melrose with parking for guests . Lovely clean bedding
Disliked: Very small point - but would have been nice being single female traveller The lock on the door didn’t have ‘extra security feature - think it was broken.

Nice hotel in Melrose

Liked: Nice hotel in central location with parking. Lovely bathroom, comfy bed. Great restaurant.
Disliked: Room 12 is above the kitchen, so it is very noisy due to a loud extractor fan and general work noise. Would stay again but not in Room 12.

Liked: I’ve stayed here several times before, your made very welcome but left to do your own thing, I arrived with a taxi waiting at the door for me, very quick check in and on my way out for the dayBreakfast is always top drawer, worth the stay just for the breakfast alone.
Disliked: Nothing not to like, location good, staff spot on, plenty of off street parking and access to 2 EV Chargers

Liked: Comfortable beds, friendly staff, great food and excellent location.

Cozy and pleasant hotel

Liked: Hotel was clean and comfortable, location was perfect for me as I was attending a family funeral. Bathroom was modern with a great shower. The reception staff were friendly and welcoming. The breakfast had plenty of choice and was served quickly.
Disliked: I had a single room that was very small with a partially obstructed view of the car park. It was fine for a one night stay but if staying longer for a holiday would recommend booking a double. I had quite a lot of repetitive emails before I arrived asking if I wanted dinner.
