Disappointed with lack of personal...

Liked: Cereals etc set out in different room, not told about this. Menu very basic, not well presented, coffee served in tea pots! Staff wore fleeces and hoodies, indicative of lack of adequate heating throughout building. Very tired appearance.

Liked: Location was a short walking distance to the city centre. Felt safe walking around the area, with lots of shops along the way.
Disliked: Just be aware that the room was 2 flights of stairs and quite narrow. But the staff helped me with luggage, so it wasn't a deal breaker.
