Surrounded by over 4 acres of magnificent terraced gardens this charming country house is on the enchanting Pendle Hillside featuring panoramic views of the Lancashire countryside. Originally built in the early 1900s as a private house Higher Trapp has been magnificently converted into a country hotel with 29 tastefully decorated bedrooms 2 function rooms and a locally renowned restaurant. Pleasant

Disliked: This was our second time at the hotel and we went for a plus room with garden view this time as the room we had last time was very small. Very disappointed to find ourselves in the same room! Breakfast wasn’t great

Relaxing

Liked: The staff were great…the lounge was comfy ..the bedroom was warm and cozy.
Disliked: The only problem we had was that there was a lack of toilet paper ..we inherited half a roll which rad out before our departure..
