Liked: Lovely place, stain glass is beautiful.Beer is expensive.The bedroom was a decent size. Beds were comfy. Shower had decent pressure and was warm.Under the bed and behind the chest of draws it was dirty, dusty and crisps on the floor. Mattress was filthy and the kettle needs replacing for new.Swimming pool and saunas were great and at no extra cost which was brilliant. Also parking was free which again was brillaint.We would return.....

Liked: The pool was the only thing I liked.
Disliked: The hotel had no atmosphere I have wotked in hotels all my life and never experienced anything like it the smell of dirty greece in the dying room turned us off eating no family feeling which was a shame

Liked: Great location , handy for motorway, lots of parking, nice gardens

Good value considering the bonus...

Liked: The gym and pool were a major bonus, both very good.Parking was plentiful & easy and the hotel is well located on the outskirts of town.Breakfast options were very good, with friendly staff.
Disliked: Most parts of the hotel are looking tired, it needs some renovation to restore the standards it once offered. But for the price, it was clean, warm and fine.

Liked: Good location for Boundary Mill. Staff at breakfast were friendly. Ok value. Gesture left in room as our view was of a wall.
Disliked: In need of alot of t.l.c. Beautiful old building. Quite run down, especially the decor, some looked scruffy, holes in walls, paper hanging off. The only slot we got for breakfast was 10am and most things were gone by then. Couldn't eat at the property that night as they didn't have room for us so we had to travel elsewhere. Leasure facilities were quite a poor standard, tiles missing, in need of repair and refurbishment, over crowded in there too.
