Liked: As always location is ideal for needs and staff very friendly and attentive.
Disliked: Ongoing renovations did cause some disturbance.

Disliked: 1. No notification that it was under renovation and tools were left unattended at times. 2. Leisure centre closed but no info of this provided on booking 3. Hot breakfast was delayed on day of check out 4. Floor in standard rooms creak, bathroom had a damp smell and did not have good ventilation

Liked: Stayed many many times here. It's a lovely hotel with great staff and great food
Disliked: I wasn't warned at booking that the leisure facilities were closed .although subsequent emails confirmed this. The excellent food had practically doubled in price after our last visit. Particularly annoyed by having a pay £29 for my wife's steak coming with NOTHING at all not even potatoes

Liked: I particularly liked the "Superior" rated room, with 4 poster bed.
Disliked: Undercooked/fleshy bacon at breakfast.
