Disliked: Spa Facilities NOT available when we booked a spa weekend, and we were not informed until we arrived at the hotel. We were not able to get any money back on our stay either, after not receiving what we paid for.

Expecting so much better

Liked: The front of house staff were very helpful, and the initial impression was good.The ground floor dining rooms all looked very nice and well together.
Disliked: The room (130) was looking quite tired.Very loose toilet seat, the towel rail was barely hanging on the wall and at an angle, loose and did not work, and the extract fan and shaver socket also did not work.The leisure facilities were also disappointing and need a bit of work.Locker doors didn't shut well and need adjustment.Everything else looked like they haven't been refreshed / updated in a fair few year.

Terrible wifi

Disliked: Very poor wifi connection and low signal area. I would not recommend for a work trip.
