Lovely time visiting family, next...

Liked: King room with a king bed, level 2 room 202. Bed was very comfortable and the room was lovely.

Liked: Excellent breakfast. The location was very convenient to the city
Disliked: Ordered room service dinner via the QR code on the tv but the kitchen didn’t receive the order. Waited an hour then rang them. Prompt service after that

Staff pleasant but reconsidering staying...

Liked: Location is great
Disliked: We have stayed several times and found this time the attention to detail was lacking. 2 different wine glasses, no water glasses, 1 cup and saucer, 1 cup and side plate. Hole in bath towel, sticky side tabletops. No screens on windows so couldn’t leave them open due to midgees.

Mediocre at best.

Liked: Staff were all absolutely fantastic. A credit to the company.
Disliked: The facilities were subpar. The beds lacked support, instead felt like foam. The shower had pink mould and black mould, the water out of the taps was yellow and the bedside tables were sticky and worn. We were able to leave a night early and have advised they would refund us.Update it's been a week and a half and we've yet to receive a refund even after going through booking.com. No communication from the hotel either.
