Liked: Very poor quality and variety of food - poor service on the whole and facilities (spa) was basic

Very good

Liked: The hotel was comfortable, clean and great location.
Disliked: Sadly on our second night in the restaurant we had to wait over an hour for our meal, the staff on this occasion were a little unhelpful and just said they were very busy !!!!

My stay was short but...

Liked: Conveniently set next to Loughborough University and secondly you offer good facility to charge my electric car.
Disliked: The washroom door lock didn’t work and too much water spills into the floor, I gave to use a towel to wipe dry it
