Liked: The room was very clean and we were allowed to checkin earlier that the provmised checkin time which was very much appriciated and helpfulThe location of hotel to Bunratty castle and Bunratty bus stop was very close and ideal.
Disliked: Everything was great, the only thing was a bit of disappointment at the breakfast, we were asked for coffee/tea and cold drinks before were were given breakfast menu so we thought it was complimentary or we were not aware of its price but we were charged for it

Really pleasant stay, comfortable rooms,...

Liked: The room size was great as there was 3 of us, plenty of space for us all. Very comfortable, room was cosy and beds were very comfortable. Staff were welcoming and breakfast was phenomenal! One of the best we've had from a hotel in a very long time!Also its location to Bunratty Castle/Folk Park is excellent, took us about 5 minutes to get there, plenty of lovely cafes, bars and restaurants to choose from in the area.
Disliked: Floors were a bit creaky, walls in rooms are thin so could hear people talking early in the morning in adjoining rooms. Could also do with some more toiletries, we didn't travel with any in the hope there would be some in the rooms but wasn't enough for us all.Unfortunately there was no music in the bar on the night of our stay, and restaurant was also closed so had to go out to eat and have drinks.
