Disliked: The kitchen area was disgusting, clearly not cleaned by anyone

Disliked: Wifi does not work, the Hostel is full of glass windows but they are dirty.

Disliked: Bathroom sink was clogged, there was no soap to wash hands, the room was stinking bad, air conditioning was not working and made it smell even worse. Someone kept knocking our door throughout the night, and there was no one to help. I tried calling the reception emergency contact but didn’t go through. When I finally spoke to the management, they precisely said “there’s nothing we can do about it, but we have noted to check the phone number issue”. I will never stay here again.
