Liked: Comfortable, like that the beds are quite private
Disliked: Air conditioning in room was broken when I arrived (10am). Told staff straight away only to be told the air con will not be fixed until the next day or even the day after, depending on when they could get someone to look at it. Room of 8 without air con in 32 degrees… had to sleep with the balcony door open which overlooked the outdoor area so was very loud. En suite bathroom also have no lock which is not acceptable, especially I a mixed dorm and soap not provided

Liked: Got sick and wanted to change to a private room which they could help me with, but then got charged double as the staff didn’t know how to upgrade the stay? I asked them if I was charged double but was told it was correct. Then the manager sent a message saying it was incorrect and that I would be refunded. Other than that an okay hostel, kitchen not very clean but nice common areas. Minus for only one elevator which partly wasn’t working.

Liked: The rooms were really nice and gave a sense of privacy with the dividers. The pool was also nice and it was at a really nice spot right next to the bus transit and close to the centre
Disliked: The hygiene really wasn't so great, housekeeping would come in and change the trashbags and vacuum maybe the middle part of the room but not between the beds.They were done "cleaning" in about 3 minutes The shower also was not cleaned in the week i was there, somebody left a Qtip on the floor in the shower and a week later it was still there, same thing for multiple things in the bathroom. The only thing changed was the toiletpaper sometimes

Handy location but noisy

Liked: Staff are really friendly and helpful, there is good luggage storage and the private room was really nice for a hostel. In a very good location
Disliked: Quite noisy at night as the rooms are above a very popular bar which was noisy even on a Monday night. There was no handsoap and some areas hadn't been cleaned well.
