Liked: Location, rooms quiet, bar vibes great!
Disliked: An email implied that because we were celebrating a significant birthday a plan would be in place. Reminded reception staff and was told the morning staff would sort this. This never materialised. Was also told we could request real milk instead of the 8 UHT tubs provided which we did at 9am along with more tea bags, as only 2 provided, after 40 mins had to ask again. Cleaner appeared 10 mins later with 8 UHT milk tubs and 4 teabags. Checked out and got breakfast elsewhere! Just poor service all round

Liked: Guest areas such as lovely bars and restaurants - we had breakfast in the Lobby and it was delicious; we also had cocktails and a charcuterie platter there on arrival and we were really impressed with both service and quality.
