Liked: The design and decor was very stylish. All the staff were attentive and made you feel very welcomed. The gym, spa and restaurant were A grade. Also superb location for seeing the city and shopping.

A pure heavenly stay in...

Liked: Every little detail was taken into consideration . Just don’t know where to start . This is not a five star hotel it’s a 6 star . From room amenities to toiletries to the closets the coffee and fridge cabinet. The best part was the late evening tea we received every night . A pleasure worth every penny . Breakfast is 24 hours you get it anytime you want . Evening drink outdoors in summer absolutely lovely in the garden and they always get you a generous platter to snack on with your drink . This hotel is a búlgari jewel .

Liked: The service is impeccable - helpful, emphatic and sincereThe hotel feels a little like an island surrounded by its garden setting which is very special in a busy city and it really feels like an oasis of calmThe food is truly excellent The interior design is very tasteful, chic and comfortable Great power showers and nice treats in the room
Disliked: Well it’s hard to fault but an outdoor pool would make it even better on a hot summer’s day
