Disliked: The double bed is 2 1 personne bed combine. That not nice

Staying at the castle

Liked: Staying in a castle is truly a unique experience! The historic building is stunning, with well-maintained grounds and a charming atmosphere. The breakfast was excellent—diverse and delicious—and the staff’s attention was much appreciated.
Disliked: The room was rather disappointing. It was very small, located in the basement, and felt quite basic. If not for the castle setting, it wouldn’t justify the price.

Perfect NYE getaway with our...

Liked: Gorgeous property with a big garden, stylish restaurant and very lovely staff. Dog friendly and during New Years Eve a perfect place to stay away from all the fireworks.
Disliked: Nothing

A not so silent night...

Liked: The exterior, Christmas decorations, restaurant, lobby.
Disliked: The shower wasn't very clean because there were some mold spots there. The shower head could use a scrub. The carpet didn't look very well maintained as well as the night stands and headboard in the bedroom. A bit worn out compared to the hotel room photos on booking.com. The bed itself was horrible to sleep on. I booked the hotel room where you would either be assigned a twin or a double depending on availability. The two single beds that were pushed together kept drifting away from each other during the night. It was so bad that we woke up several times in the middle of the night to push them back together. The mattrasses and top layer themselves were also not comfortable at all because the top layer kept moving from the mattrass as well. And we could hear anyone else on the same floor that left their hotel room and their conversations in the hallway. In conclusion: the hotel room and its state definitely ruined our overall experience. You're paying for the exterior and that is a shame. Would not recommend booking here. Just visit the restaurant for a meal and then leave.
