Disliked: The bed was not the one reserved and it had a switch in the middle of the bed which kept on turning on. Not sure if the bedsheets were clean

Liked: The grounds are very pretty. Quiet location, short drive to the city centre of Maastricht
Disliked: For 220 a night without breakfast in a 3-star hotel, I would at least expect a room with a clear view (we were in the basement, looking on the lawn, but from a dark corner). The rooms are not isolated properly; there was a lot of noise in the hallway (other guests and cleaning staff). The room wasn’t very clean and the shower head was defective. The mattresses were lumpy. I understand you want to help the environment by not providing kettles and not having fridges in the rooms, but plastic water bottles and plastic wrapped candy counteract the effect. We would have loved to say all this to your staff upon checking out the next morning but check-out was automated.

Property has so much potential....

Liked: Joylanda was very very nice and accommodating! Liked the goodie bag that was provided to our dog.
Disliked: Restaurant service needs training. Slow service. Received our appetizer before our drinks (water, beer and wine). Rooms were too basic.

Liked: The location at the atmosphere
Disliked: My reservation was including breakfast, but I had to pay €180 when I was checking out for the breakfast. The problem is with probably because of Booking.com because when I check my mail, I couldn’t see that it was booked breakfast included.
