Disliked: I asked an employee if the room includes breakfast and they said yes, but I was charged for it. Even when checking in for breakfast, I wasn’t informed of any costs that will be incurred. I informed them of mistake and they weren’t even willing to rectify it - you should be responsible for what your employees tell customers. They tried to justify it by saying night shift employees “just don’t know”.Room was relatively cold and the walls are paper thin. Besides that, clean in general and breakfast is decent.

Surprising countryside chateau, lovely stop...

Liked: Lovely spot very close to nature, great for our family!
Disliked: The staff that checked us in was very matter of fact rather than welcoming. extra costs were incurred for dog and baby.
