A fantastic stay in Banff

Liked: We loved this property the first moment we arrived, we got upgraded to a nicer room - which had a gorgeous fireplace, bath and balcony (although too cold to really use this), very comfortable beds. On-site restaurant serves great cocktails and bites to eat, and breakfast. Would definitely stay again.
Disliked: The only negative we experienced was that the spa pool was having some maintenance done when we wanted to go in.

Amazing experience

Liked: Staff were great nothing was too much trouble . If we needed something g it was placed in our room within 30 mins. Real fireplace was wonderful. Hot tub was so relaxing. Food was amazing.
Disliked: There wasn’t anything I did not like.
