Disliked: When we arrived, the room allocated to us had no furniture other than one chair two side tables and a double bed with a small amount of built-in furniture for the fridge and TV.The air-conditioner positioned above the door was leaking a constant stream of condensation pooling outside the door with a sign warning of the water.I contacted the properties 24 hour helpline and spoke to a person who was very helpful and informed us that The property is apparently in the process of replacing and repairing old furniture and offered us another room which I was very happy about. The receptionist was very understanding and polite. I could tell that she was under stress.The next room had an additional freestanding table painted with black gloss paint (chipped) and two chairs in the corner of the bedroom. There was a two person corner spa which had obviously leaked in the room and did not comply with health and safety regulations so the spa feature had been disengaged and a sign invited us to use this spa as a bath. We were not inclined to do so with fears that there may be bacteria that is dangerous to humans still in the pipework. There is no drain on the floor. This spa does not comply and should be removed and the room should not be rented again until it is compliant with all health and safety. There are other concerning issues regarding compliance to health and safety regulations that urgently needs attention. These include lack of night lighting uncompliant Stepk height, guard rails and just general health and safety from what I could see. I know what I can’t see is far far worse.
