I thought the hotel was a little outdated and that the cost for this hotel at $150 a night was a little on the high side. It would have been more reasonably priced between $89-$99 per night.

Liked: The hotel staff themselves were very nice and I found the waitress in the restaurant to be exceptional.
Disliked: Kids were allowed to stay in rooms by themselves and there was a sports event with many kids on our floor. They were running around and slamming doors and yelling all night long until I had to finally call the front desk at midnight to say we couldn't sleep. Security was called and they quietened down for about 5 minutes only to continue on until about 2:30am.

Liked: The room was so clean, I was very impressed.
Disliked: The door to the room was very heavy so it would slam shut.

Liked: Breakfast was phenomenal, we enjoyed the buffet. The location was amazing. The staff was great Other than the sink was clogged up in the bathroom, which was promptly taking care of... We were situated on the 10th floor Which was great it was out of the way and away from the noise and the traffic. The room was quite comfortable the bed was quite comfortable. Their bar area was very nice, for getting a nice evening drink and appetizer.

Disliked: 1- The girl in the receptionist at our checkin was very rude impolite her name was Roh as remember, she was loudly exhaling with an unwelcome attitude, I haven’t said or did anything to deserve her attitude, very disappointed 2- I’ve stayed there for 10 days, the housekeeping were really disappointing, I had to call the receptionist multiple times and they would just send them every two or three days, I sometimes had to take the trash by myself to keep my room clean.3- during my 10 days stay, they have changed my bed sheets only one time, even that was a courtesy of one of the housekeeping that I made friend with, even during their regular routine it wasn’t their responsibility to make the bed, I had to make by myself most of my stay at the hotel.4- when I spoke to the management they promised of making things better, but nothing happened 5- the breakfast is not included you would have to pay $17 for every one every day
