I thought the hotel was a little outdated and that the cost for this hotel at $150 a night was a little on the high side. It would have been more reasonably priced between $89-$99 per night.

Liked: The hotel staff themselves were very nice and I found the waitress in the restaurant to be exceptional.
Disliked: Kids were allowed to stay in rooms by themselves and there was a sports event with many kids on our floor. They were running around and slamming doors and yelling all night long until I had to finally call the front desk at midnight to say we couldn't sleep. Security was called and they quietened down for about 5 minutes only to continue on until about 2:30am.

Liked: The room was so clean, I was very impressed.
Disliked: The door to the room was very heavy so it would slam shut.

Liked: Nothing specific. But it is a large enough to hold most of our hockey association
Disliked: Under renovation and quite inconvenient. Staff should come to the parents if there is an issue, not yell at children 10 and under. They know what they are getting into when this is booked.

Liked: Breakfast was phenomenal, we enjoyed the buffet. The location was amazing. The staff was great Other than the sink was clogged up in the bathroom, which was promptly taking care of... We were situated on the 10th floor Which was great it was out of the way and away from the noise and the traffic. The room was quite comfortable the bed was quite comfortable. Their bar area was very nice, for getting a nice evening drink and appetizer.
