Nice hotel. We got an upgrade to a harbor view room which was a great surprise.

Liked: Bed comfy. Staff helpful and friendly.
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: Staff; cleanliness; everything was spot on perfect; except for coke and no pepsi.
Disliked: Should offer pepsi as well as coke. Believe me, I was not the only one disappointed - my daughter got a bad headache, as we could not get any pepsi. Really this is a serious thing. When you don't like coke and you really need a pepsi and there isn't any :-(

It was an absolutely amazing...

Liked: The entire staff was exceptional especially Ellen Carl - she was so wonderful and made us feel so at ease and well taken care of - we had 7 rooms booked and everyone was extremely happy with accommodations. The valet guys were also excellent - We had an amazing breakfast at Panorama on Seven and even though they were short staffed the service was top notch and the food was incredible (we too pictures lol) - the location is ideal and we will never stay anywhere else when in Buffalo- thank you for the wonderful experience! Ask Ellen if she misses us -
Disliked: Only issue was the refrigerator in room was not very cold (room 809 i believe)

Disliked: Price paid for what was, just average. No drinking water in the rooms, etc. Basics for facilities at such a high charge out rate.

Disliked: There is no ability to take the stairs, as there are locked doors at each level.
