Nice hotel. We got an upgrade to a harbor view room which was a great surprise.

Liked: Bed comfy. Staff helpful and friendly.
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: Staff; cleanliness; everything was spot on perfect; except for coke and no pepsi.
Disliked: Should offer pepsi as well as coke. Believe me, I was not the only one disappointed - my daughter got a bad headache, as we could not get any pepsi. Really this is a serious thing. When you don't like coke and you really need a pepsi and there isn't any :-(

Marriott needs to do better!...

Liked: After waiting 2 hrs to check in due to the rooms not being ready we had to go ask if the room was ready so that we wouldn’t be late for our event we were there for. The rooms were clean but the pillows were horrible (flat/to soft)and the bed was very hard. The parking garage and hotel were connected but difficult to navigate.
