Liked: Lovely hospitality and great breakfast. The room was somewhat small, but nicely decorated and very clean. Good size of the bathroom! Although it was a short stay for us, we enjoyed it and was very good taken care of.

Liked: Spectacular restoration and renovation of period house. Every attention to detail and authenticity was top notch professional. Hosts were great, breakfasts were more than we could ask for and the downstairs bar was beyond belief!
Disliked: Double bed was a tad lumpy and the noise the toilet flush makes is scary loud!

First time visit to Buffalo...

Liked: The hosts Holly and Daniel were extremely friendly and helpful. They have restored a beautiful property and turned it into a first rate B&B. We loved our stay! The breakfast was outstanding!
Disliked: First time to Buffalo, we couldn't get a good read on the neighborhood. Immediate neighborhood was beautiful and felt safe, but felt a little uneasy just a few blocks away.

10/10 would recommend to anyone...

Liked: Beautiful garden and house, inside out; neighbourhood is also really adorable, scenic, and well located - close to border but also no more than a 15 min drive (max) to most other sights around the city. Holly and Daniel were very welcoming and helpful. Homemade breakfast was fantastic.
