Disliked: Over priced, no chef so no food. Cobwebs and unclean bedrooms. TV didn't work. Worst place I've ever stayed! Then staff had the cheek to challenge us for eating a sandwich in the empty restaurant which we had to drive miles to get after a long day in work.

Are we likely to go...

Liked: We stayed at Buffalo Bill's motel on 14/09/24.The good points were: the welcoming was great, we had food and it was tasty, (not sure how fresh it was but still enjoyable), the services were reasonably okay, so I paid for the service charge.
Disliked: Onto the bad points: Our room was very outdated, the bed itself was comfortable, there was not any central heating, therefore it was freezing. I didn't have the best sleep so I was cold for the entirety of the night, only one set of towels for 2, no spare cover, no water bottles. Very poor for 3 star hotel/motel, the room was very drafty, and at 9:00 am someone put their music so loud and it woke us up.

Liked: The location and the pub across the road.
Disliked: Found empty food containers in a drawer, no staff available to report this to. Black mould arround bottom of door, towel holder fell off the wall again not staff arround. The restaurant and bar closed at 8p.m. There was no hairdryer as advertised. No no slip mat in the shower and shower head holder was broken. Not what I expected nothing like the picture attached to my booking conformation.

Liked: Clean room.
Disliked: The food is overpriced for what you get/the presentation. The decoration is dated and run down. There was one single member of staff on reception, bar and “table service”. Paid 12% table service fee ontop of food etc which is fine if there was actual table service. we had to ask for sauces, cutlery, drinks menu (which was unavailable) we also sat and waited for someone to come and ask if we wanted dessert or anything else he didn’t so we went to the bar and asked for the bill so that we could pay and leave. No offer of breakfast before 10am and also no information given about where to hand in our key if we wanted to leave before 10am.
