Liked: We were met with a warm welcome from Rachel. Excellent bed and good shower. Loads of little extras such as tea, coffee, toiletries, taxi numbers. Tasty well cooked breakfast.
Disliked: Breakfast was provided at the restaurant around the corner and was delicious but I would have preferred it to have been within the B and B accommodation purely for convenience.

Liked: The location was great for getting around. Our host's were welcoming and very helpful . I don't drive so they arranged taxi's to get me about. Food was excellent . I would come back again.

Liked: Excellent hosts, very friendly and helpful and provided parking permit, clean and tidy property ,very close to De La Warr Pavillion. Comfortable bed and good quality towels.
Disliked: A little high on price as no breakfast which I hadn’t realised when booking.

Lovely place to stay

Liked: Perfect location to stay for visiting an event at the De La Warr Pavillion. Very near to the seaside, and walking distance from the railway station. Lovely host Rachel, very nice, cosy and comfortable room (stayed in room #2). No breakfast onsite, but plenty of options nearby.

Liked: The ease of the check in process, the cosiness of the room, the bed (and duvet), the shower (easy to work), the breakfast.
Disliked: If I had to say something, the room was a little cold. Heating was slow to come on.
