Disliked: That it was walking distance to knott's berry

Disliked: Very dark, complicated way to go up to room, elevators didn’t work, sofa bed very uncomfortable

AAA Exceptional! Would recommend it.

Liked: AAA Loved Everything i.e. The location was close to everything, the tropical feel and hotel makes you feel like your on the Mexican Riviera. The room very neat and clean and the bed was exceptionally conferrable. I would recommend it to anyone. ;)
Disliked: My stay was too short.

Usually my favorite, BUT…..

Liked: Location, comfortable bed, layout of room, fluffy towels, beautiful landscaping - my favorite place to stay- HOWEVER, This time was not the best…..
Disliked: Emergency sprinkler in bathroom dripping brown water all over us and the floor- gross, fridge wouldn’t close and we had milk for baby so that was an issue. Bathroom door stuck and was hard to close, only two towels, no soap or towels in kitchen area, Marker all over closet doors, I had requested a crib in the room and was told it would be in there when we arrived. Upon check in, I confirmed it was in there, they said “yes, it should be”- it wasn’t and it was late and baby was asleep in the stroller -then I went back to the office and was told they’d “bring it up right now” - 30 min later my husband went to get it himself. This is usually my favorite place to stay and even though there are a lot of negative reviews, I defend this option over and over, but not this time.
