They run a unfair business...

Liked: Nothing awful
Disliked: No lock on the room door no other rooms available and management refuses to refund me after they promised to refund me 100% of the room since I could not stay and they could not provide another safe room

Over all good experience. Just...

Liked: The location to attractions such as medieval times, Knotts berry farm are all walk able. Disneyland is just a few minutes down the road. So centrally located to many attractions for family'sLarge rooms for a family of five and very reasonably priced .Staff at the front desk was very kind and helpful
Disliked: The property it's self seemed like it was being fixed up. It seems to be an older hotel but lots of potential. Rooms were a bit dirty and things that were fixed seemed to be thrown together quickly or temporarily fixed .Mildew seemed to be building up in the bathroom

It was great as always.

Liked: It’s was clean and quiet. Nearby the shows.
Disliked: I liked it all.

If you like cardio then...

Liked: Nothing. When I first arrived I was impressed by the structure of the building and had high hopes. When I walked into the lobby it was clean and looked vintage, but in a good way. I walked up to the receptionist and she told me that none of the elevators were working and that our room was in the back. No direction or anything just, your room is in the back.
Disliked: When I found myself going through the gate which I assumed would take me to my room, I saw an elevator off to the left and waited for 5 min until I realized it wasn’t working. The door was stuck and the elevator kept moving up and down. I waited because I thought it was just moving between floors. I had to walk across the entire hotel to find the next elevator, that one worked but then I had to walk back to the other side to find my room. The place looked old, I didn’t see any security cameras. The door to our room looked open and I realized there was a gap. When I walked into the room it smelled terrible. I quickly went to lower the AC, it was at 74, about 30 min in I checked and it was at 73. I called for maintenance and the man that showed up reeked of cigarettes. He supposedly fixed it and said give it about 10 min. We left for dinner, came back about 2 hours later and the room was back at 74. The whole night it was between 74-75!! The dresser in the room had all the drawers hanging out because there was a part of the floor that caved in. The curtains were ripped and stained. There was a “locking” mechanism on the glass door, that COULD be opened, that didn’t attach correctly to the door, I don’t see what the point was. I was hoping it would open because it was fresher outside than in our room. The walls were stained throughout the room. The toilet had stains underneath the seating, the tub had hair around the bottom. The shower dripped the whole night no matter how hard I tried to close the water. In the early morning there were homeless people walking through the parking lot getting close to the vehicles, again, I didn’t see any cameras outside of the hotel either.

Good

Liked: Everyone was really nice.
Disliked: Sofa bed didn’t have sheets old and dirty. Toilet didn’t flush, unless you pulled it from inside

Hide a away resort

Liked: The room was roomy. Staff was friendly. Atmosphere was fun. Architecture was amazing. Made you feel like you were at a resort. Everyone had a great time while there.

Liked: Location, rooms where specious, clean
Disliked: We asked for extra towels and it took a day to get them
