Disliked: THEY HAVE COCKROACHES!!!!! I REPEAT...THEY HAVE COCKROACHES!!!!!!!!The "non-smoking" room smelled absolutely awful and had what appeared to be nicotine residue seeping and dripping out of all the walls and ceiling; the air conditioner was covered in burn marks; the floor was gross and as slippery as a NY diner kitchen. I checked in and left for work figuring it's gross, but it's only 1 night. Upon getting back at 3am, the smell was even worse than when I checked in and I walked in the bathroom to find COCKROACHES! I immediately grabbed my things and left. Went to the front desk and explained why I was leaving and that I wanted a refund. She said that she could not issue the refund, but to call the manager in the morning. I did and she was understanding and said that the girls from the night shift explained why I left and gave the refund without issue. Sleeping in the front seat of my truck at the rest stop was a better stay than this hotel.
