Disliked: October 2nd, I booked an online reservation through Booking.com for a one week stay, 10/2/24-10/9/24. A man who worked for the property knocked on my door after 11am. He angrily told me I booked a reservation and I hadn't paid for it, after 11am a room had to be paid for or he would have to kick me out. I assured him I would go to the front desk and pay for the reservation in an hour before I went to work. He yelled, saying I couldn't pay in an hour, I had to pay at that very moment, yelling, "come on, now. I'll walk you to the office!" I refused and tried to close my door, when wedged his foot on the doorway. I couldn't close the door. He continued yelling at me saying, " I can give you 30 minutes to get out before I call the police!". I no longer wanted to stay there after he did that, and told him in 30 minutes, I would leave. I packed my things, dropped off the room keys and left. The property has signs posted of camera/video surveillance. There has to be a video of it.

Liked: the staff was absolutely great! so was the price. we love to travel and favor hotels where we can pull right up in front of our door. we know not to usually expect much and pray for clean sheets. this place was amazing. loved the Jacuzzi tub

Liked: The staff at front desk was somewhat friendly. However, they argued with us about a refund and not checking in. We refused to stay there.
Disliked: This room was booked for work. I had to leave after seeing the room. I refused to stay! Drug users were in between the building areas with shopping carts filled with clothes and other items. The room we looked at had missing light bulbs, a dirty floor, and huge cigarette burns in bed spread. The room smelled like smoke and the shower was dirty. No TV remote or phone in room. No trash bag in small garbage can, and there was hair on the towels and we only had one pillow on the bed. Curtains were torn with a lot of missing hooks.

Poor!

DIRITEST MOTEL IN LOUISVILLE

Disliked: Our construction job booked this room not knowing what kind of condition it was in. The room was in terrible condition. We had to leave and go to another hotel. The place is rundown and has a pest issue. The bed was broken and they had stained furniture that was outdated. The housekeeper told us not to stay because they don't allow them to clean the rooms good. The floors were dirty and trash was left under the bed. The internet does not work, and we heard a lot of yelling and fighting going on. Never again will we go here.
