Liked: Guys, I don't know what the drama is about. No mold, no bugs, the receptionist was nice, my room (105 in case you're wondering) was freshly renovated and clean. It was pretty good overall, definitely above expectations.
Disliked: Things were pretty low quality but it's a budget model, so what do you expect.

Decent for what I needed

Liked: Clean and convenient location, nice staff
Disliked: Bed was uncomfortable and you could hear the neighbors snore throughout the night. Hard to sleep

Disliked: The wall were paper thin heard the people next door laughing and talking until after 1am

An absolute disaster. Avoid if...

Liked: There was nothing to like.
Disliked: The place was an absolute disaster. It was dirty. It was decrepit. At various times I swear the only thing stopping me from falling through the floor was the disgustingly dirty and rancid carpet. The odor of cigarette smoke from 20 years past and everything since was accumulated in the room. In the first couple of hours in the room, the smell was so bad I had to go get some disinfectant spray to even make it minimally acceptable to last through the night. I only had one night and there was literally nothing else available or I would have left. If this is the only thing available when I have to return to the area, I would prefer the drive daily from the city to ever staying here again.
