Run down, smelly, not enjoyable...

Liked: Bathroom etc were clean, bed made, kitchen clean, that’s the ONLY thing positive, ok location
Disliked: Sadly I wouldn’t recommend at all. This is my first and last stay there…nothing at all like the photos, I am sure if there were external photos of actual property I wouldn’t have booked so photos definitely are miss leading, This motel is run down, peeling paint, mould on the eaves, doors are falling apart and boarded up from the damage. My room had a very unpleasant smell almost a urine smell. Carpet damp, bed rock hard, no security screen sliding door (actually no screen door at all.) and the security was a piece of wood wedged in the tracks to secure the door. Lights near far end stairs didn’t come on until late so it made it a bit of a risk when going down them. As a cancer patient and for anyone booking through PATS please don’t, your health is not worth the cheap accommodation, I don’t have a cough at all and the first morning I was coughing and so blocked up that I almost was able to have my Pet scan.. but thankfully while was wasn’t in the room it cleared up. I will be recommending PATS reconsider this motel as part of their assistance for patients.

Liked: Location. Interior clean and comfortable. Clean towels. Tea/coffee, kettle and microwave.
Disliked: After one incident we reported to reception. Occupants of next room arguing. Loud music. Their washing put out on communal balcony.This place appears to be a hostel service for people on social benefits.
