Liked: I was NOT allowed to check in because I couldn't pay the $200 key deposit.Apparently, this was stated somewhere on the "confirmation" email.I paid in advance for my room and now I've lost that. Not happy as I am a pensioner and this was my Christmas present so I could spend time at Christmas with my family.This totally ruined my Christmas at then to have no where to stay I was forced to drive home in the middle of the night - a 4 hour journey.Not happy and I'll NEVER recommend this place.

Disliked: Door was in need of repair, toilet flush button damaged,bathroom door opened onto toilet, sitting chair was ripped and stained,.pillows only 2 on the bed and were not able to be used as they felt like concrete, ligting was very dim, balcony rail( rusted, sharp and looks very unsafe, and downpipe( rusted and actually connected by rust) out side room were in need of repair, balconies were not blocked from next rooms so anyone could just wander in or hang out in your balcony area. Deposit has withheld longer than stated and still has not come back to account.

Liked: Was happy with this room, much much better than the one before on the office side. Was quiet, plenty tea coffee provided. Clean linen. Good for an overnight stay for us and wasn’t over priced like many others and office lady was lovely.
Disliked: I would say the cleaning, rubbish under both beds while looking to see if we had left anything behind. Was only paper,tags and chip packet but needs to be checked in case something more is found.
