Liked: My car was stolen from property and they could care kess I sent through hell and instead if offering help they pushed me away like I was not in need of help but security ended up letting me stay in laundry room to be warm

Disliked: Room was not very clean.. dirty socks left behind and the kleenex completely empty.. microwave to low to the floor.. the bed was really hard and breakfast was not good not many choices 🙃....

Unwelcoming, dirty and not safe.

Liked: Nothing. This hotel made me feel very unsafe.
Disliked: The staff was racist. Holly placed us in a room that was not easily accessible to a family and required carrying bags and walking a significant distance from our vehicle despite having several other open rooms available. I finally got the courage to ask for a more accessible room for my family and I and the next room I was given didn't have hot water. When I called the front desk to ask for a new room Holly stated if I wanted a hot shower I could go back to the room she offered originally. After some back and forth she stated she'd rather we go on our way and get a full refund then stay at her hotel. Asked me if I felt she was being "ignorant" to my family and chuckled at me. I did not feel safe at all staying here. We needed up just leaving after only 2 hours and no sleep. In addition to not having hot water the linens didn't appear to be changed and there was blood on the bathroom wall. Stay at your own risk.

Liked: Breakfast was sufficient . Yogurt, hot and cold cereal, breads and cereal bars. Nice family restaurant next door.
Disliked: Breakfast was 'grab and go', no seating.
