Liked: Customer service was exceptional.
Disliked: However, cleanliness of room and bathroom were very dirty; hair in shower, mildew smelling shower curtain, bathroom exhaust fan and door broken, bathroom sink plug stuck, food and blood stains on floor. Upon arrival to room all windows were open with screens having holes for bugs to come in.

Liked: The location was centrally located to services (food and gasoline). The staff was helpful, courteous, and respectful.
Disliked: The room contained a foul odor. The mattress was soft and uneven.

Disliked: The sheets where dirty with hair ..fridge was dirty..under the beds had trash under them ,,long black hair in tub I had to clean the tub ...I used my own sheets on bed ....there cleaning maids need to clean alot better ....the bed Mattresses had stains an old......
