Nice, unexpected value

Liked: The room and bathroom were beautifully CLEAN!! We were there in winter and the heater was amazing. Perfect location for waterfalls and restaurants. Great refrigerator, side table and chairs, TV. Great price. Winter fill-in staff did a good job.
Disliked: The bed was hard, but put on a mattress topper and update the comforter, and the place would be great. Lobby also needs an update to be more inviting. No coffee pot in room.

Dated but was an okay...

Liked: Nothing special about the place with the exception of being close to the venue we wanted to visit. It was a standard room and somewhat dated. a very walkable town.
Disliked: The exterior seems nice and rustic but leave little distance between parking and the front door.

We will not stay at...

Liked: Close to Watkins Glen.
Disliked: There was no coffee maker not kettle in the room.
