Disappointing

Liked: The only thing I liked when I stayed here was because it was close and convenient for me to get where I had to go the following day.
Disliked: The employee was rude. When I notified him the site was saying rooms were available he became defensive and started to get rude and tell me they don't have any available. I had already paid for the room.

Wasn’t able to even stay

Liked: They claimed i didn’t pay for my room when booking took the money and everything and wouldn’t let me get my room and i requested a refund
Disliked: The manger

Liked: Not a nice hotel, but it wasn't as bad as I feared based on the reviews. The location is close to the metro: a plus. The room itself was clean, but outdated. But everything works.
Disliked: The room itself was non-smoking, and pretty much smoke free. The hallway wasn't at all. Luckily we had a room close to the exit. Expect some noise from the hallways at night. There is a reception with leaflet and everything, but the door is closed for guest. You have to do everything from the window.

Liked: The bed was comfortable. And the showers were nice.
Disliked: Well for one. They gave me a non smoking room which they usually don’t do just because I didn’t have 8 dollars more.
