Disliked: They didn’t bring my extras pillows

As far as my stay...

Liked: It’s very quiet. The TV was nice. The heat was nice and warm
Disliked: All of the lights didn’t work. And my refrigerator wasn’t cold enough. And I asked for extra pillows and towels 2 bookings ago. Those pillows are too small

Liked: The place needs a whole renovation clean that they have a Jacuzzi and wish they don’t the damn place need to be condemn.

Comfortable for a reasonable price!

Liked: Location far from the city centre but not even 5 min to the subway station Naylor road on the Greenline. We had a back room very quiet otherwise the hotel in on a very busy road.
Disliked: Reception with check-in behind a window ( hard to hear). We paid by credit card and the receptionist asked me my pin!!! Had to refuse and he opened the door, otherwise closed, to go into the office and type my credit card pin code…
