Knocking in my Head Knocking...

Liked: The staff were polite and courteous. The location is on a bus line.
Disliked: However, the room was not clean. There was a loud knocking coming from the fridge, entertainment, and closet combination area, even when all electronic devices and equipment were turned off, this was reported to the staff downstairs, but they were unable to rectify the problem. The bed was and had clean sheets on it. There were no working lights in the room only in the bathroom.
