Disliked: Nothing everything from the beginning iwas disaster! The front desk receptionist seemed lost and incapable of doing the duties of her job. It was 430 and she didnt know what rooms were ready. I had to wait for almost 45 min to get a key to one of the rooms originally booked 2 King rooms. She gave me 2 queen rooms instead and charged me $16 more than what I originally booked. The room didn’t have heat. Cold air was blowing out. The remote wasn’t working. We were moved to another room and the tv only one channel worked. It was such a bad experience for us! We were in Norfolk for my uncles funeral service.
