Liked: Easy access from the freeway and downtown Morgan Hill
Disliked: I had Room 117. The in-room refrigerator was so noisy that I had to pull it out and unplug it to get sleep. Woke up at 6:30am to shower, but there was no hot water. I waited for 5-10 minutes, but no hot water. I had to leave for a work meeting, so went to the front desk to inform the hotel manager. He said, “why didn’t you tell me sooner?” I said, because I just woke up and wanted to shower, but now I don’t have enough time to shower. I should have asked for a partial refund. Room is bare bones. No shampoo, only two bars of soap. No closet. Also, no extra blankets or visible heater.
