You get what you pay...

Liked: Prime location, on Main street, but quiet. budget price, but clean and comfortable. Pretty much you got what you paid.
Disliked: may have a bit extra to keep with maintenance. Fresh paint would do much to improve appearance. Pretty much you got what you paid.
