Good location, okay value.

Liked: Nice location near downtown, Coors Field, etc. Exterior is worn, room was updated and clean, staff was distracted but OK. Kind of noisy if your room is close to the east side, by the interstate.
Disliked: A little noisy.

All in all I have...

Liked: The staff was super friendly and helpful, the room was clean, beds were comfy.
Disliked: My only issue with the place was the noise from the ambulances every other hr.

Disliked: There is no contenintal breakfast, and the pool is under construction, so 2 out of the 3 reasons we choose to book this hotel were misrepresented, ending in chaos in the mornings, more money spent trying to get food for everyone, and hot cranky kids with nowhere to cool off! Not pleased at all!

Disliked: Customer service. She took my money for the room then ask for a deposit which I didn't have and was not listed on booking. Then said she would cancel it and never did. So they took my money.
