Disgusting we didn’t even check...

Liked: Not a thing!!! Will never stay there!!
Disliked: Dirty, air conditioning didn’t work and it was 103 and humid, linens were filthy We didn’t even check in they would not give us a refund or even work with us. Will never recommend them to anyone. It was a place that looked like something from a 3rd world country!!!!! Hateful people.

Disappointing

Liked: Manager was very polite and helpful. Bed was nice and clean, TV was OK. Air Conditioner was OK.
Disliked: Outside of building looks like it was probably built in the 40's...the 1840's. Furniture was pathetic. heater in bathroom was rusted on the outside and filthy on the inside and probably hasn't worked in 50 years. Pretty sure I was the only person in a room that night.

Never again.

Disliked: The people/owners were very friendly. I had booked online and it was non refundable or I would not have stayed. Unfortunately it is very antiquated. It said it was non smoking but the bedspread had a cigarette burn in it. The carpet was hard and disgusting. Price too high for what you get.

Misery

Liked: I liked that there was parking right next to the room
Disliked: This was literally the most disgusting motel I have ever stayed at in my entire life. Dead cockroach in the shower. Smelled like cigarettes. Stained carpets. Moldy walls. Shower did not drain and the sink drained out straight onto the bathroom floor from the pipe underneath. I got there late so it was too late to find another place. Absolutely criminal the condition of this room. I’m not even high maintenance and can tolerate a bit of grime for a good price but this was literally sinful.

Absolutely disgusting.

Liked: Absolutely nothing since the initial phrase of disgusting 🤢 was used.
Disliked: Walked into our room and was met by a disgusting smell, the walls had filler where I would imagine holes had been added by previous guests possibly attempting to vent that disgusting smell.The sheets were full of stains, I did not roll down the top bedding to investigate the lower sheets or mattress, the two chairs at the table had obviously been cut with a knife or were so old they had torn by themselves, the floor in the toilet was disgusting along with the toilet and available sink.We left immediately and stayed at the Executive Inn just around the corner, far nicer and entirely comfortable, stay there and not at the Budget Inn.I’m absolutely surprised this place is on Booking.com and needs to be removed immediately.Photos not available since we were in too much of a hurry to leave.

Liked: Nice owner, bed comfortable, AC works good, Smart TV , mini refrigerator, not bad at all for the price
Disliked: Bed cover has a few stains, pillows to soft
