Liked: We were treated like royalty, especially by the lovely Mr. Fatih. The location is amazing, close to Dam Square and Centraal.

Love amsterdam, but this hotel...

Liked: The location is spot on, but room was very basic more so than the last time I stayed at this hotel. The new owners who have the hotel now have new rules, the room was on the 2nd floor and had steep stair up to it, the room had no tv, no smoking now as well. And the shower was hot one min then freezing the next. Will not be coming back here again.
Disliked: The stairs, no tv in room, the shower, the view from window was non existent as it was a view of windows in a court yard with fag butt's all over the floor.
