Exceptional
Liked: Responsive and happy to help, highly recommend for a quick night on the road.
Disliked: Some of the towels had holes but there were enough good towels provided it didn't matter

Horrible
Liked: Nothing at all. Poor place to stay. Should be shut down.
Disliked: Staff was disrespectful. The room wasn't clean. There was bugs and I showed the women that worked there and she told me that it was good that they had bug. I want a refund for the money I paided.

Pleasant
Liked: Good place to stop and visit my friend in a nearby nursing home. Will continue to stay here as long as he is alive.
Disliked: No breakfast, inflexibility of staff, they always charge 70$ even if booking.com rate is lower. Poor English, communication is hard sometimes. "Staying tonight" is interpreted as "staying two nights" which leads to confusion.
