Liked: wasn't aware that breakfast was available..office people were polite and helpful with requests
Disliked: beds were not comfortable....too low and mattresses bulky/ bunched so not smooth for laying on

Liked: The location close to Crooner's Jazz Club.

Liked: There was no breakfast. The staff in the office was nice and respectful
Disliked: There was no breakfast. And the people in room 32 were constantly fighting the guy was being rough with her and she kept yelling that Lawrence was a rapist. So did not get any sleep!!!

Disliked: WiFi not working. Door would not shut properly which made it impossible to use deadbolt. Faucet broken. Tiles looses on bathroom floor. Towels had holes in them. Everything was dated and worn.
