Liked: Very disappointed by a charge not told about due to having a dog. We booked saying we had dog on booking and not asked and made sure pet friendly place then changed $100 after first day . When checking out asked for bill not on bill asked why charged an extra 100 told we did not tell them we had a dog. On website says an extra$15 for pet she pointed to sign on wall which you could not read due flowers in way and not visible! Asked if they take off told to call booking .com lady at fest at hotel said she could do nothing and was rude about it
Disliked: Won’t stay again unless they payback $100 Would have not know about charge if credit card did not alert us not on bill and nothing saying on bill about dog
